• By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• PortoBox is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your actions or omissions.

5. Payment and Billing

• All paid Services require upfront payment via our approved payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay).
• Subscription plans will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Prices are listed in USD or INR and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.

6. License and Use Restrictions

When you purchase a PortoBox template, you receive a personal or business license to use it for your own portfolio website. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our templates or Services
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of our platform for competitive purposes
• Use our Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

7. Intellectual Property

• All templates, designs, branding, and content provided by PortoBox remain our intellectual property.
• You retain ownership of any content you upload to your portfolio site. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it to provide our Services.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use our Services in a way that harms us, other users, or violates applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

• PortoBox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that your portfolio website will lead to employment or specific business results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PortoBox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Framer, Stripe, Google Analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these platforms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
