Shipping and Delivery

1. Overview

PortoBox sells digital products and services. There is no physical shipping. After a successful payment you receive instant access to your purchase through your PortoBox account and by email.

2. What You Receive

  • Immediate access link inside your PortoBox account
  • Confirmation email with access instructions and receipt
  • Template files or Framer import instructions as applicable

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is typically instant once payment is confirmed. In rare cases payment review by the processor may take up to 10 minutes. If your order still shows pending after 30 minutes, contact support at info@portobox.com.

4. Email Delivery and Spam Filters

We send a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. If you do not see it, check spam or promotions. Add info@portobox.com to your safe senders list.

Entered the wrong email at checkout? Reach out with proof of purchase and the correct email so we can update delivery.

5. Account Access

You can access your purchases any time by logging into your PortoBox account. If you bought as a guest, create an account using the same email to link your order automatically.

6. Razorpay and Other Payment Methods

Payments are processed by Razorpay and Stripe. Some banks may place a short hold for verification. Orders are delivered after the payment gateway confirms success.

7. Taxes and Currency

Prices may include applicable taxes such as GST for India. Charges appear in INR for Razorpay transactions in India or the displayed currency when using Stripe in other regions.

8. Custom Services Delivery

For add ons such as custom setup, branding, or audits, delivery timelines are shared during booking. These services begin after we receive your intake details and payment confirmation.

9. Failed or Duplicate Charges

  • If payment fails, no access is granted. Try again or contact your bank.
  • If you see a duplicate charge, email us with the payment reference. Verified duplicates are refunded to the original method.

10. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical goods. Any shipping fields shown during checkout are placeholders from the payment workflow and do not apply to your order.

11. Updates and Re Downloads

When a template receives an update, you will be able to access the latest version from your account if your purchase or subscription includes updates.

12. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. PortoBox offers a 48 hour window for eligible requests. See the Refund Policy page for full details.
